EasySecure.cloud - How to synchronize a user






After adding a new user in your EasySecure environment you will arrive in the following screen.






Synchronize user

In this screen you can add different registration methods:   mobile cards, access cards, fingerprints, face templates, access codes and license plates. You can also decide where and when this user has access. 

All the terminals for access control, time and attendance within the EasySecure platform have their own memory. All changes need to be synchronized to the devices. Should there ever be a problem in the wiring or internet connection it will never affect the registration. 

If you change user information you always need to synchronize the user. If you change the access rights or add a new card you need to synchronize the data. 

  1. Click the Save icon on the top left of the user screen after changing information in the user screen.
  2. Click Synchronize User. 
  3. If a user is connected to multiple locations you will have to select the location first. 
  4. On the bottom right of the screen you will see a synchronisation notice. 
  5. The synchronisation will start running. 
  6. The notification will turn green and show success to indicate the synchronisation has been executed successfully. 







Synchronize all changed information

You can also synchronize all changed information directly. If you have added multiple new users, new cards, changed access rights you can click this button to synchronize all changes. 
This function is available in the user overview.
  1. Click Users in the menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select Users again in the dropdown menu. 
  3. You will now arrive in the user overview page. 
  4. On the topside there is a button:   Synchronize all changes. Click this button to synchronize all new information. 
  5. If there are multiple locations connected you will have to select a location first.
  6. The synchronisation will start running. 
  7. The notification will turn green and show success to indicate the synchronisation has been executed successfully.
