EasySecure.cloud - How does the attendance overview work
In this article we will show you how to use the attendance overview within the EasySecure software.
Click 'Reports' on the left side in the menu.
Then select 'Reports' again in the drop down menu.
Depending on your admin level you will see multiple report types in the overview. On the topside of your screen you can select multiple reports. Please select 'Attendance Overview'. You will now see the following screen:
In the column marked Present you will see all users that are currently marked as IN. Next to the user name you will see the exact time the person checked in.
In the column marked as Punched Outyou will see all users currently marked as OUT. This means they were checked in earlier that day but now left the building.
In the column marked as Absent you will see all users that have not punched IN or OUT during that day.
On the topside can find several filters. The different filters and functions are explained in the table below.

Location
You can use this filter to check the attendance for a specific location. We can see who is currently in our Rotterdam office and who is in our Dusseldorf office.
Zone
You can use this filter to check the attendance for a specific zone. For example: you can see who is currently in the factory or on the first floor.
Groups
You can use fhis filter to check the attendance per user group.
Users
You can use this filter to check if a specific user is currently in the building.
Contractor
You can use this filter to check who is currently checking IN from a specific contractor or sub-contractor.
Present / Punched Out / Absent
You can set these filters to Yes or No. You can use this to displday or hide the columns in the attendance overview.
Refresh Icon
If this icon is visible then you can use it to directly retrieve recent log records from the scanners.
Open Window Icon
Click this icon to open the attendance overview in a seperate window.
Export Attendance Overview
Click this button to export the attendance overview to a .pdf report.
