i3.IdentySoft.com - How does the access log work?

After you have logged into your IdentySoft environment you can find the menu bar on the left side of the application. By clicking the » or « icon you can expand or minimalize the menu. As soon as you expand the menu you can see the full menu descriptions. By clicking the ˅ icon you can expand the submenu's. Depending on your administrator rights in the application you may or may not see certain menu items. 

Please click on the 'Report' button in the IdentySoft menu and then select the sub menu 'Acces Log'. In the access log report you can select a date / time period from which you want to view the logs. An example of the access log report can be viewed in the image below:  
 



All users are selected by default. By clicking the switch button you can set this to YES or NO. When you set it to YES all users will be visible in the log. When you set it to NO you can filter the log to only show a specific user. 




By using Filter Locations you can select a specific location you wish to show in the log. This is a convenient filter when you have multiple locations attached to your IdentySoft software and you only want to show the log records from one of those locations. 


By using the Filters Users option you can select a specific user from which you want to see the log records. You can type the name of the user in the search field and you can activate this filter.
