After logging into IdentySoft you will automatically arrive on the dashboard. On the dashboard you can find multiple pieces of information such as the status of your subscription, the login history and the last user logs and statistics.  




  •  Subscription

    Here you can find the status of your current IdentySoft subscription. When purchasing IdentySoft you have selected a maximum number of users, locations and scanners that can be added within your environment. In this dashboard item you can see the current status of your subscription. Upgrading your subscription is always possible. Contact EasySecure International for more information.

  • Notifications
          Here you will find the latest release notes and help centre articles
  
  •  Login History

    Under the "Login History' you can find a brief overview of the login history. You can see who logged in at what time. You can also see the IP address from where the user has logged in. By clicking on the 'view all' button you can view the full login history logs. 


  • Access Logs:

    In this section you can monitor the last user logs. New actions will automatically be shown without having to refresh the page. In this report you can always see who used which scanner at what time. You can also see when users are trying to use a scanner they have no access rights for, if they used a card, finger of pin and what kind of time registration function they have selected.
