The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to transfer files between systems and server on a computer network. With the EasySecure FTP integration, you can connect your software server to an FTP Server to enable easy import and export of data with EasySecure.
FTP integration is useful when APIs are not available to connect two systems / providers.
You export a file every X hours to the FTP Server which we can download from a FTP server. This file contains information which we can import every X hours in our EasySecure software.

Some examples for import and export through the FTP server.
• Name import
• Employee number import (The unique ID which we will use to synchronize information)
• Start/End Date import (This can be used to block access for a user once the contract has ended)
• Time registration data export
You or the client need to provide and give access to the FTP server.
You’ll need to provide information, in a preferred format (.json, xml, csv)
