In some situations when working with Windows 10 & BioStar 2 combined with a USB device (BioMini, USB Card Reader) it could be that the BioMini or USB Card Reader does not work. In this short document we will tell you how to update the USB Device Agent to a new version where this issue should be fixed.
01. First of all we need to de-install the old USB Device Agent, this is possible in Configuration screen --> Programs and Apps.
03. Install the new USB Device Agent
04. Reboot your PC
05. Check if the BioMini or USB Card Reader is working immediately after a restart of the machine.
